Tomates Farcies


Mix two whole eggs with 500g of ground meat, 400g of parmesa, some random herbs, some salt, some tomato sauce, the pulp of 4 large tomatoes. Fill the tomatoes with the mix, and some spare plates on the side. Add some parmesan on the top of the mix in the spare plate. Put the tomatoes in a plate, along with some mushrooms and some olive oil. Bake for 45mns. "Et voilà!"
